Danubia Football Institute is not only an educational center, but also a forum where, in cooperation with our partners, we work on the improvement and progress of many areas of domestic football. We support the development of coaches and professionals, provide solutions for gaining international expertise and, through our long-standing contacts, support aspiring and motivated coaches in their struggle with new challenges.

DFI is a place where the best international experts share their knowledge and experience with local coaches and experts. In this way, we not only support the development of players, but also the entire football community, contributing to the long-term success of domestic football.

FOUNDER

Lukas Kondela

I started my career as a journalist, writing articles and conducting interviews with players. Later, I worked as a scout for the Danish club Odense BK, focusing on talent identification in Central Europe. After that, I gained experience as the Head Scout at the FC Košice academy. Currently, I am the Head of Scouting at the FK DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda academy. As part of the DFI project, I am responsible for organizing international matches and training camps.

Tomas Darazs

I have been working in professional football for over 10 years. My career began at ETO FC Győr, where I served as the Head Scout, and later, I worked as a Regional Scout for Fehérvár FC. I spent two years with FK DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda, and I am currently the Eastern European technical consultant for the English Premier League side Brentford FC. I lead the educational platform for the DFI project, where my focus is on providing high-quality training programs for professionals.

Bence Földes

Currently, I assist the FK DAC 1904 Academy as a scout and also coach a U15 team at the grassroots level. At the Danubia Football Institute, I focus on building and maintaining connections in Hungary and contributing to the company's development.
