Seminar Lecturers

THOMAS VLAMINCK
Thomas Vlaminck is 43 years old and has nearly 20 years of experience in youth football. He spent 15 seasons at the Club Brugge academy in various roles across different age categories. He worked as a skills coach, technical coach, head coach of the U13 team, as well as an individual and talent coach for older players (U15 – second team).

A few years ago, he launched a special coaching program for Voetbal Vlaanderen, the Flemish part of the Belgian Football Federation, focusing on skill development.

Thomas Vlaminck runs his own YouTube channel with 92,000 subscribers, where he shares training exercises. Additionally, he regularly posts content on Instagram, where he has over 107,000 followers.

KENNETH VANDESTEENE
Kenneth Vandesteene is 28 years old but already has extensive experience in developing young talents. He started his coaching career at the age of 15, when he led the U9 team at a local club. After five years, he was approached by Club Brugge, where he has now worked for eight years.

He currently works as an assistant coach for the U14 team at Club Brugge, specializing in individual player development. In the past, he coached various age groups at the academy: he led the U9 team for three years, the U11 team for one season, and the U12 team for another three years.
